a public service broadcasting is a company that is run completely by the tv license (no adverts) ha different types of genre and shows catered to different people. Have to provide content that informs, educate and entertain.

What is a commercial company?

A company that is funded by itself and earns money via advertisements and sponsors (main purpose is profit and £££) not making content via public money so it dense have to make content that inform, educate or entertain.
