what does conventions mean? the features of a particular product what are the two types of research you can undertake? Primary (first hand information) and secondary research (some one else's information) what is a PSB company?  a public service broadcasting is a company that is run completely by the tv license (no adverts) ha different types of genre and shows catered to different people. Have to provide content that informs, educate and entertain. What is a commercial company? A company that is funded by itself and earns money via advertisements and sponsors (main purpose is profit and £££) not making content via public money so it dense have to make content that inform, educate or entertain.
